the hotel experience and the spa experience was horrible especially that the manager was the one that made our appointments and never told us we needed our license upon arrival of our appointments had we had done so I would have explained what had happened and it would have avoided us waiting 24 hours for a massage booking are limited time around the appointment. Saying that the email stated we needed an ID.looking through the email it says if you are not in New York state residence you need an ID well we are New York state residents.
We made appointments for massages we’re never told that we needed an ID when we made the appointment to be turned away the next day from our massage appointments. After proving I had a license to the DMV website we were allowed to stay.
